This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how GETFITFORALL LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “mobius”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the mobius mobile application, website, or any related online services (collectively, the “Services”).

Please note that this Policy does not apply to non-mobius websites or services that are offered under a different privacy policy. Please review the privacy policies for those websites and services directly to understand their privacy practices.

We collect personal information in the following ways:

A. Information You Provide Directly

When using mobius, you may provide:

Account Information: username, password, name, email address, profile photo, phone number, location, and usage and account preferences.

Activity Posts: fitness activities you log or share, including activity title, type, duration, location, photos, captions, and related metadata.

Comments & Interactions: comments you post on other users’ activities, likes, and any other public content you choose to share.

Communication: messages sent to us, support inquiries, or feedback.

Additional Info: any other information you voluntarily submit through the Services or in communications with us.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you utilize or interact with our Services, we may collect:

Device information and online user activity when you utilize our Services, as described in the next section.

C. Information from Third Parties

We may receive:

Information about your interests, contact information, demographic information, and marketing inferences, from third party sources that provide consumer data, social networks and other sources of publicly available data.

Information about the marketing and advertisements you have seen or clicked on, from online advertising companies.

Analytics and crash reporting data

Authentication or platform data if you sign up using a third-party login.

We may share your information with service providers that we believe need the information to perform a technology, business, or other professional function for us (examples include IT services, maintenance and hosting of our website, payment processors, marketing partners, and other service providers). We only provide such vendors with information so they can perform their required functions on our behalf.

Analytics Partners. We partner with analytics providers, who collect information via tracking technologies on our websites to assist us with measuring visits and traffic on our websites so we can measure and improve the performance of the sites.

Email Marketing. By creating an account, you consent to receive emails from us related to the Services, including product updates, community announcements, and promotional communications.
